Agree with the keywords but “Free” – even that is still a powerful word for some copywriting is extremely dangerous and harmful to use for emails – Thats top-one black word for Spams gaters on Emails.

When it comes to free – we all know that nothing comes free in this world… unless you make a point in your sales letter that “if you purchase this and that you will get this for free….”

All the words above are worn out words that have the reverse effect. People just throw away because they have heard the same thing over and over…
There are some people who uses the free word in a different way but regardless this post is great. It only shows the effectiveness on Emails, advertising and communication. That is why spammers are using it too.
@Pat- i completely understand the reverse effect but not to all.
