However as he is only interested in large deals bringing him a big commission, he will pay less attention on the smaller and even medium sized deals. He has to manage his time too you know. Only the biggest deals bring enough return on investment!
He will drop or pay little attention to the smaller and medium sized deals as his return on investment on these deals is less. The Stig wants to maximize his earnings so why should he waste his precious time?
This leaves the opportunity for the smaller and medium sized deals where you can build your references and grow your brand name. This will eventually allow to go head to head with The Stig on larger deals.

When I worked in promotions we had an amazing Stig salesman, he always close the best and biggest deals. there comes a point though when you have to add more fish to your pond, you have to be ready when the market turns, send the small deals off to the new salesmen and give your Stig a share. Everyone wins then
Besides, if the Stig is only interested in the biggest and best deals, you can still make a good living going for the medium and small deals. There are often more smaller deals to be had so don’t worry if your competitor is the Stig. Just focus on your niche and you’ll do great.
Leave the big deals to The Stig – the medium and smaller deals are good enough to make a decent business.
Still the EGO of The Stig is a problem. he wants to win himself the big deals.
