This comes down to spamming using links to your content by tweeting, Facebook, posting comments on blogs in order to reach out to as much people in your target group as possible and at the same time scoring for the search engines.
Content marketing is not solely creating valuable and interesting content, it also requires marketign and promoting this content on the Internet.
