By communicating with your contacts within a company, you will notice website visits. It is very likely these visits are from your contacts. This allows you to match a contact with a visitor.

Automatic linking with emails

If you receive email from a visitor, LEADSExplorer solution will provide automatic linking of the email with:

• the existing contact in the Lead Follow-up System
• or create the contact for the company within the Lead Follow-up System.

This is based upon using a personal DropBox email address that allows the system connecting email addresses with visitors.

Additionally your emails are collected centrally by company (customer or lead), this allows you to retrieve all emails easily
