Of course there will be some who don't accept to be charged and won't pay.
Of course you will no longer accept them on your website. They will not  be able of using their logon again.

You can define the webpages within your website, which are to be WEBMetered.

The WEBMetering Service allows for measuring the exact time the Client consumes your content.
